The restart will dump everything from memory so will take a little longer to boot up. My machine wouldn't shut down until I manually closed the Intel Driver Update program as there was a secondary dialog box open. It will ask for a restart afterwards, say No and close all programs before restarting (not Shut Down). Let it check and update all drivers (I believe the Intel ProSet driver may be what causes the fault but I also had Bluetooth drivers to update)Ĥ.
